FSTO SCHOLARSHIP AWARD APPLICATION

The Fullerton Secondary Teachers Organization (FSTO) will award six (6) scholarships in the amount of $500 each to graduating seniors of the Fullerton Joint Union High School District who intend to pursue post secondary education leading to a career in education, such as teaching, counseling, speech therapy or mental heath services.

The following information will be needed to process your application for consideration:

• A one-page personal statement which includes your career goals.  This statement needs to be addressed to the FSTO Scholarship Committee.
• Two letters (one page only per person) of recommendation from a teacher and/or counselor
• A resume or list of activities you participated in during high school, and/or a list of accomplishments achieved during high school (school, community, volunteer work, employment)
• A seven-semester transcript
• Photo release form with a valid signature and current home address.  Digital signatures are acceptable.  Click here to download the FSTO Photo Release.

Please submit your entire application and all supporting documents in one single submission.

All applications are due on or before 4:00pm on Friday, April 10th, 2026

Scholarship recipients will be notified on or before Friday, May 1st, 2026.

Recipients must be available to attend the May 12th 2026 FJUHSD Board of Trustees meeting to receive their scholarship.
