Awards will be offered to graduating seniors in the Fullerton Joint Union High School District who intend to enter a career related to education (e.g., teacher, counselor, speech therapist, school librarian.)

You may apply using this online form, or you may download and print the application form and photo release form and return both along with the other required supporting documents via postal mail, email, or fax to:

All applications must be accompanied by the following documents:

  1. A personal statement which includes your career goal (one page typed)
  2. Two letters from teachers (and/or counselors) recommending you (one page only per person)
  3. A resume or list of the activities you participated in (school, community, work, volunteer)
  4. A seven-semester transcript
  5. Photo release with valid signature (download here)

Please submit your entire application and all supporting documents together in one single submission.

For example, do not submit this online form then separately mail in supporting documents.
